I created the Love Your Neighbor Co. brand because I wholeheartedly believe we should “Love Our Neighbors As We Love Ourselves” as commanded in Scripture. In fact, Jesus said this is the second-most important commandment, right after “Love the Lord your God!”
Love God. Love Others.
And, as adults, we should be modeling and teaching this to children – whether in the home, or the classroom.

Did Jesus really say loving your neighbor was important?
Yes! In fact, the idea of loving God and loving others is repeated throughout both the Old and the New Testaments. Here is Matthew 22:35-40.
35 One of them, an expert in the law, tested him with this question: 36 “Teacher, which is the greatest commandment in the Law? 37 Jesus replied: “‘Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.’[c] 38 This is the first and greatest commandment. 39 And the second is like it: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’[d] 40 All the Law and the Prophets hang on these two commandments.”
